  • Includes shipping of replacement parts.
  • Does not include installation of replacement parts.
  • Treatment (staining) is not included in the guarantee.
  • Does not include fissures in the wood due to weathering, which does not affect the strength or stability of the product.
  • Does not include damage due to mold or mildew
  • All damages or claims resulting from the supply of defective materials or defective workmanship will be limited to the value of the broken or defective material.
